How to transfer all license from the Developer to MCST

There are some typical license that will need to be transfer to MCST after its constitution(For Singapore).  All license must be renew regardless to ensure continue usage of facilities. Electrical License Test must be carry out by LEW.  The service provider will facilitate this and transfer the license over.   Fee for the new license. Testing fees pay to the service provider and LEW for all the testing requires. Make sure the name change to MCST. License will be issue by BCA and mail out to the MA. Swimming Pool License New application submission. Inspection by NEA. Fees for new pool license(no prorate). Name change to MCST. NEA will issues new pool license upon approval Lift license Conduct testing for all lifts Service provider must submit the test result to BCA.
