Prank in the estate under MCST

Fake Snake It is common in some estate that you see people do things to each other out of many reason which we will not get into here.  As you can see here on the photo that it look like there is a snake on the car windshield.  Only after further investigation by the guard that we found out that it is fake. The residents got a good scare when he found it.   As the MA, we notice it as one incident and had the security to file a incident report.  Next, we put it on the notice board to inform other residents of this incident.   Case closed until further development. Parking lot allotment for each unit in a estate under MCST

Depending on each estate that you are living in.  You can find out the answer in your sales and purchase agreement or simply by calling your managing agent. How to keep a Dog living in estate under MCST environment

Today, many condo drillers find that keeping dog in condo is not an easy task.  In most estates, dogs are increasing popular pets in many condo.  Most people are sensible enough to keep smaller breed dogs in a condo due to the constraint of space.   However, some found themselves down grade from a home with yard large enough to keep a big dog to a condo that barely has enough space for two person.  So there is a predicament here and how do we deal with this so that we can keep it manageable.  This is assuming that you can't leave your dog at your family, friend or having it adapted.
