Owner/SP give up their right to enjoy all facilities when the whole unit has been tenanted to others. This right including all enjoyment of the unit, facilities including the parking.
Your right as the owner to pay Management Fund, Sinking fund will not be affected. That's mean that you are still obligate to pay all the cost to own the properties. You can still access your property under your lease agreement with your tenant.
