Responsibilities of Sub-committee under MCST



Sub-committee are a small committee setup for the interest to handle certain project within a estate.

Each committee may consist of number of interest party within the estate.   The interest on each project vary depending on the needs of the estate.

Here are some sample of such sub-committee.

Landscape
Swimming pool & water features
Security
Cleaning
Lift & Escalator
Festive event celebration
Neighborhood Improvement
Estate Improvement
Estate Finance 
Parking


Each group consist of a Chairman in general.  Each meeting is organize among the participant.  Any project undertaking will serve to help the Council and the Management to better inform and to come to a decision if the project is to be taken up.  The sub-committee shall study and make the necessary research on the project and make their recommendation to the Council.  The recommendation on serve as such and does not represent the decision of the Council nor the Management.
