What if the SP/Owner of the unit refuse to repair the leak under MCST (including common area by the Management)
Refusal to repair leaking under MCST (another solution) Subsidiary Proprietor is to repair and pay the full cost of the leak under the law in United States, Singapore and Malaysia (check with your management if you are not sure of the local law in your country). However, there will be SP who does not care to follow the law or intentionally dragging on the issues. No matter the problem, the best solution is to find the easier solution if there is one.
