How to work with the management team
The management office is
where the entire officer works. Each
officer or executive (whatever the designated title) is responsible for one or
two team. This team responsible in
maintain the building, garden, pool and the security of the estate. The teams who
make sure all their area of care are in order and in well maintenance.
The SP and tenants needs to know that the Management work and processes is not easy by the normal standards. Each issue will be study(depending on the management company, council, and SP), and every task can be complicated by the parties involves. A simple repair often may be delayed and process through due diligence by all parties. A simplify screening process must be adapt if management wants to get thing done efficiently. This involves basic budget for the manager, maintenance, and administration cost. Otherwise, the simple task of replacement a light bulb, buying a battery can be delayed until budget or approval are granted. This may seem extremes but it is a norm in many estates.

Additional Note:
When the team made a
mistake it will ultimately end up to be Manager who takes responsibility.
