the council will be the best route to plan for one of this celebration. There are a lot of unforeseen situation after
the celebration that should be well plan for.
Usually after a few of this event, each estate will find the best way to
have this celebration.

Management only

Property Executive or
Manager must ensure the organizer are well prepared
Additional Note:
Funding must be
accounted for when it is preapproved by the council
Most funding are by the
organizer of the event
Celebrations are not
given or mandatory in any estate.
One must take the lead
and get the necessary approval before moving forward.
