Annual festive celebration in the estate under MCST


Approval by majority in the council will be the best route to plan for one of this celebration.  There are a lot of unforeseen situation after the celebration that should be well plan for.  Usually after a few of this event, each estate will find the best way to have this celebration.

Guideline:

·        Double check on the funding for this event
·        Need an organizer who will take the lead and responsibilities on this
·        Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
·        Security
·        Cleaning
·        Prevention
·        Medical aids
·        Parking and control
·        Announcement on notice board
·        Management only facilitates with those involved
·        Property Executive or Manager must ensure the organizer are well prepared


Additional Note:

Funding must be accounted for when it is preapproved by the council

Most funding are by the organizer of the event

Celebrations are not given or mandatory in any estate. 

One must take the lead and get the necessary approval before moving forward.

Council must be fair and do not discriminate to what holiday can be celebrate in each estate.  Special organize event can be held if it is arrange and organised by an organizer.
